AMTA-WA Educational Conference Registration

Phew! We made it to Registration!

 

Things you need to know about Registration for the 2018 AMTA-WA Educational Conference – Pay it Forward.


Attendee Type

When registering for the event, you do not need to login to get the discount. We will verify your membership manually. This is a mandate from National AMTA. So, we ask that you put your AMTA Member Number into the registration form. If you do not know your AMTA Number, please call National at 877-905-0577 CT 8 AM – 5:30 PM.

 

 

When you fill out the Registration Form, you need to put your AMTA Number in, or put “NA” for Non-Member.  This field is required and must be filled out. We track Members and Non-Members.


You can only register one person at a time.  This will ensure we do not overbook anything and we have the correct information per person.

T-Shirts
We are putting together a T-Shirt for the 75th Anniversary. T-Shirts sizes vary from vendor to vendor.  Put your standard size.  We will adjust the sizes based on the Vendor that is chosen to produce our t-shirts.

Transportation
After you chose the 2018 Conference, you can choose round trip transportation from the pick up location (SeaTac, Tacoma or Lacey). Space is limited so make sure you secure your seat. A hostess will be aboard to check you in and provide entertainment in route. Be sure to select member Transport if you are a member to receive complimentary transportation. Non-Members pay $75.

 

 

Educational Choices
We have lined up an assortment of Instructors for 2-day, 1 day, ½ day classes.  We have 5 great classes on Sunday to choose from, so we hope you don’t leave too early on Sunday.  The system will not allow you book a 2-day class and then a ½ day class during the 2 days.  You can read more about the classes below -

Payment
When you make a payment for the choices you made, you will get a few emails.  Unfortunately, the system does not allow you to see what you chose until you get the final Receipt. The email will be titled “Thank you for registering for the Event” from office@amta-wa.org.  You will have a Registration ID and a link to click on a PDF to see your Registration.  Make sure the classes and transportation you chose is listed under here.  Some classes will sell out fast and Transportation is limited to 54 Seats.  So please make sure that everything is done correctly.  You can always go back into the system and change and add by using this link at the top of this invoice.

 

 

 

Please keep the email “Thank you for registering for the event” handy if you need to change anything.  This is your email link to change, edit or cancel the conference choices.

Cancellation Policy
You must cancel before July 30, to receive a refund less a $25.00 handling fee.  Please be respectful of others trying to book a class that is full.
