Confirmations

 

Confirmations are sent via email only. If you do not receive a confirmation within 10 days of sending your registration, call 425-823-1347 or email: office@amta-wa.org.

 

Meals

Registration fees do not include lunch or dinner. A continental breakfast will be available for attendees. The fundraiser Saturday evening is a ticketed event and can be purchased separately at time of registration.

 

Cancellation Policy

Your convention fees will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee if written notice is postmarked or emailed by April 13. No refunds will be issued after April 13.


Registration Deadline

On-site registration will be allowed, but cannot guarantee availability of classes. 

  • Mail-in registrations must be postmarked no later than March 31
  • Online registration closes March 31

No Phone-In Registration

We are a volunteer run organization. Therefore, we are unable to process registrations over the phone due to limited volunteer availability. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Online Registration

Pay by Visa or MasterCard at: amta-wa.org/convention. When registering online, you will know right away if your class choices are available. If one of your class choices is full, you can request to be placed on a waiting list.

AMTA-WA and the instructors have taken precautions to provide a safe environment.
